Reed’s Landing ‘A’ Inks First Tenant

Tyndall Yaap, Tim Harrington and Jarrad Coulter of Investment & Development Ventures, LLC (IDV), along with their partners Robin Reed and Robert Penn of Harry Reed and Company, are proud to announce that Argo Turboserve Corporation (ATC) has become the first tenant to sign a lease at Reed’s Landing Building ‘A’. ATC, a multinational industrial distributor and equipment integrator, was locally represented by Mark Nicholas of JLL. ATC’s new office, warehouse and manufacturing facility will occupy 54,285 SF of space inside the approximately 153,500 SF multi-tenant building that is strategically located just minutes from George Bush International Airport at 2020 Greens Road in Houston. IDV worked closely with its Architectural firm, Tomorrow Planning, Inc., who designed the building to feature the look of an airport control tower. This iconic design brings a flair to Reed’s Landing and the surrounding Bush IAH business community. Greens ‘I’ Park Lands Tenant

The partnership of Investment & Development Ventures (IDVLLC), Tyndall Yaap, Tim Harrington and Jarrad Coulter, and Harry Reed and Company, Robin Reed and Robert Penn, announced today that H-D Advanced Manufacturing Company has signed a lease at 2418 Greens Road, Houston. The anticipated date of occupancy is January 2016. John Simons and Griff Bandy of NAI Houston represented H-D and Mark Nicholas and Richard Quarles of JLL represented the Landlord. The 20 ton 20′ hook crane ready building, located in Greens Intercontinental Business Park, just minutes from George Bush International Airport, features ~36,700 SF on over 2 acres of land. The pre-engineered metal structure with tilt wall panels includes 4,050 SF of office space on two floors, has grade level loading and two 16′ wide x 16′ high doors. H-D manufactures coated radial bearings for mud motor components that create a wear-resistant performance using their propriety ‘Intellifuse coating process.’...

Northwest Crossing ‘H’ Signs First Tenant

Tyndall Yaap, Tim Harrington and Jarrad Coulter of Investment & Development Ventures, LLC (IDVLLC) along with their partner, Carson Companies, announced today that Flagship Tire & Wheel, LLC has signed a lease to become the first commercial tenant at Northwest Crossing Building ‘H’. Flagship, a distributor of commercial grade tires and wheels, will occupy 53,555 SF of the 177,126 SF multi-tenant building. The anticipated date of occupancy is September 2015. Building ‘H’ is part of the Northwest Crossing Industrial Park, a multi-building complex, conveniently located near Hwy 290 just south of Beltway 8. Other buildings at Northwest Crossing include Building ‘G’ with ~37,636 SF and Building ‘Y’ which will encompass ~51,539 SF. All three buildings are available for office, manufacturing and warehouse use....
