IDV Delivers Phase I of Apache Campus

Tyndall Yaap, Tim Harrington and Jarrad Coulter of Investment & Development Ventures, LLC, (IDV) announce the completion of Phase I of Apache Industrial Services new multi-purpose campus. The new facility is comprised of eight (8) Pre-Engineered Metal Structures with metal panels, seven (7) of which are complete. Phase I totals ~250,000 SF. IDV, along with general contractor, Metzger Construction, and architectural firm, Tomorrow Planning, joined together to ensure the new buildings met Apache’s demands for their specific industrial requirements and were able to deliver the buildings on time despite weather delays and material shortages. Apache’s new location is strategically positioned near Beltway 8 in the rapidly expanding industrial area of Northeast Houston. Phase II of Apache’s new site is underway with the design and development of their new 68,953 SF Office/Shop/Warehouse Building nearing completion. Construction commenced in March 2015. When Phase II is complete Apache’s campus will contain over 315,000 SF of office, warehouse and manufacturing space. The campus sits on ~123 acres which has been planned to accommodate future...
